Pushing hi-res, beautiful renderings at a decent frame rate on a 4K screen using web technologies is tricky. The crux of this Kiosk Installation for the Nike SoHo Flagship store was getting a good framerate, and as much attention was paid to optimization as was to the smooth animations and touch-responsiveness.
The end result is an enormous touch screen that users could swipe through to see the evolution of the Jordan sneaker through its 25 years of history, as they prepared for the release of the latest Jordans.
